ORDERS

What is included with my order?

Each Spruce St. Studio canvas is hand-painted to the stitch for an enjoyable and easy stitching experience. We bind each canvas in our stone blue fabric binding, which is hand sewn onto the canvas in Dallas. The canvas comes unstitched, in a waterproof bag, with a Spruce St. Studio dust bag (while supplies last). We do not currently offer threads, and suggest visiting your local needlepoint store or favorite online store to kit your canvas. 

Do you have thread or fiber recommendations?

Most of our canvases have thread recommendations in the product description. For 18 mesh, we generally recommend Pepper Pot Silks or Essentials. For 13 mesh, we generally recommend Silk & Ivory or Milan. 

The canvas I want is out of stock. When will it be back online?

You can sign up for restock notifications, email or text, under the product listing. This is the fastest way to be notified of a restock! We do not discontinue our designs currently, so we are always working to get canvases back in stock.

The Acrylic Matchbox is out of stock. When will it be back online?

We produce a batch of our proprietary Acrylic Matchboxes each month with a local, small producer. Each box is handmade, in the US, with the highest quality acrylic and standards. Please sign up for restock notifications to be notified when they are back in stock.

When will my order ship?

Unless otherwise noted, most orders ship in 4-7 business days. If you need your order faster, please select 'Expedited Shipping' at checkout and send us an email: hello@spruceststudio.com.

Do you accept returns?

All canvases are final sale. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact hello@spruceststudio.com within seven days so we can make it right.

FINISHING

Where should I send my canvas for finishing?

For matchbox finishing, we recommend Rittenhouse Needlepoint Finishing Department. They are most familiar with our Acrylic Matchbox as well!

We do not offer finishing services at this time. 

CUSTOM CANVASES

Do you offer custom canvas designs at this time?

We offer a limited number of custom matchbox canvases each year. For inquiries, you can reach us at customs@spruceststudio.com. We do not currently offer other custom designs at this time. 

WHOLESALE

Do you offer wholesale? 

Yes, we offer wholesale to established, brick and mortar needlepoint stores! Please reach us at hello@spruceststudio.com to set up a wholesale account. 

Do you offer trunk shows?

We do not offer trunk shows at this time.
